The Instyler is an expensive gimmick! It burns your hair off and gives you split ends other than that it works about the same as any other straightner BUT it is awkward to use and takes time to figure it out. It doesn't last very long (2-3 months) of daily use and it breaks. I had 2 it was a buy one get one free both not only broke but a slip of the hand and I burned myself. It was a 3rd degree burn and required a graft. Very dangerous product! Should not be sold to the general public! Customer service and even the owner (Chris) are the absolute WORST!!! If you buy it you're stuck with it no money back, no returns, no apologies, just "too bad" literally! Even though the website "says" that they have a 30 day return policy THEY DON'T, their return policy is from the time you buy it until it is back in their hands (which is about 10 days IF they are honest about when they receive it REGARDLESS of what your return confirmation says!).
