BUYER BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE! THIS COMPANY IS NOT A SATISFACTION GUARANTEED MERCHANT!! AVOID LIKE POISON!
Once this company got you to order their product, and if you want to return, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR REFUND! You will be required to agree with them, whether by phone or e-mail, that in order to get your Credit Return Authorization number so you can return your item, you MUST agree that there will be no refunds. Yep! That's how these people work for their money...by counting on your lack of information so they can rip you off!
You will not receive refunds even after you call them because they will try and make you agree with their policies even if YOU ARE NOT satisfied. And if you don't have the Return Authorization Number, and you return the item, they can say that they never received their product back. And this will be reason to charge you more the items...up to $300.00 by other customers' account.
