Dont do business with them
Spoke with Ben and he said on two occasions the product would ship in 24 hours. I believe I spoke with Don this morning to cancel and to receive an email confirming cancellation. He hung up on me. Very rude. Take a pass on these guys. Read More »

POOR!
Long story short,
I ordered a fan on Jan 20 and on March 12 disputed the charge with my credit card company.
Ben Melamend is not sloppy, he is a damn liar!
Stay as far away as you can.
