I placed an order for laptop adapter and got confirmation that the order is processed and will be shipped next day. After two days I called them since I haven't heard anything and found out the order still hasn't shipped. I checked my credit card and it was charged twice for the same item on the date of the order tried to solve the issue with them, I talked to two person Jack( Manager)& Tom( Customer Service); yet, had no luck and no one has an answer as why this happened. When asked how long it'l take to correct the issue they response was a day or so.I'll not advise anyone to buy products from this place.
