Truly horrible--first time I've ever left a review anywhere

I don't know if these people are trying to hide, but my mom got me a smartwool sweater from Zanzabar Bazaar that didn't fit and it took me a LOOONG time to find their contact info. When I finally did get a hold of them, their return policy was extremely restrictive. I did actually get them to take the sweater back, but they worked it so that I paid shipping back to them and then shipping for my new item as well. Finding a replacement item was difficult because they don't seem to have a ton of stock or sizes. The whole thing was such a lengthy ordeal, if what I just ordered is terrible I probably won't even take the effort to try the return process again. Seriously...worst customer service ever. I guess if you know exactly what you want and that your size and color are right, it's a good way to get a deal, but don't expect fast shipping or anything that resembles customer service.
