SCAM. The product doesn't do anything!!!! The other products it comes with were so cheaply packaged I didn't dare put them on my face. I authorized them to charge me just under $50. Tried to send it back but I had missed the 30 day guarantee period by 2 or 3 days, so I was out $50. THEN I get a charge on my next bill for $39.99!! I did not authorize this at any point!!!I NEVER would have ordered it. I got the impression their "customer service" agents do nothing but field calls like mine all day because they are so rude to you from the beginning. Whoever they got to do their advertising did a phenomenal job because scamming people is the only way they are making money. I don't know how they could get any repeat business.
They won't give me back my $39.99 because they told me I should have read the invoice that came with the product, and because I didn't call about it then I therefore authorized it. I am supposed to call back in 48 hours so a manager can listen to my recorded call and get back to me on whether or not I ordered the "60 day package" --the one I THOUGHT was under $50. Gee I wonder what the answer to that one will be.
