I have canceled this product. When I first ordered, I wanted 2 of them. I was never told over the phone that it would be auto ship. So my next shipment was 2 boxes. I tried to cancel, but it is too difficult to get a hold of these people. Phone is always busy. So I cancelled that credit card. Now I getting letter saying they will send it to a collection agency. I have written 3 times at least, asking for a way to pay this. I want to pay it. But I can't get a hold of anybody.
