I hope I don't ever have any more computer problems. If I do, I know now I'll call Duane Geiler at Your Computer Solutions to fix it.
Duane was referred to me in 2010. I called him to fix a problem I was having with a slow computer, as well as Microsoft Outlook. Duane arrived promptly at the appointed time, did a few cursory checks and downloaded several programs to analyze the problem.
Duane was finished well within an hour, but he stayed and tweaked a few more things he found, issues I had not been aware of.
When he left, I know I had a big smile on my face: my computer worked great!
A few things about Duane and the service he provides.
1. First, he's a man of his word; his whole attitude is one of competence and a long-range relationship with his clients: he's in business for repeat business. He wants you to be so completely satisfied with his service that you'll call him again and refer him to family, friends and business associates.
2. He comes to your house or place of business; he does not charge for travel time.
3. His hourly rate certainly seems fair, reasonable and competitive. I found that he tends to round down the number of hours for which he charges. As an example, if he's worked on the computer for 2.5 hours, don't be surprised if he charges for only 2 hours.
As I said, I hope I don't ever have any more computer problems. If I do, I'll call Duane. He works magic!
