My interest rates where 11% and my home was in foreclosure and chase bank had the write to issue out a sales date on my home, i invested alot of money and time into my home. I tried to get some kind of assistance from Chase Bank but they kept giving me the run around sending me all this paper work telling me that they can help me with a modification on my mortgage. Chase lied and put my home at risk so i went to Lower my bills .com and contacted Young & Associates and they helped me immediatley. First i thought it was too good to be true but they got me out of the foreclosure and modified my mortgage plus got me current with there FORGIVE AND FORGET PROGRAM, it was a blessing in disguise and i am greatful to have contacted this company.
