I wasn't sure how well using this company was going to turn out. I am pleasantly surprised.
They offer a free quote (as many other sites do) without a hassle. And I found the price to be very competitive. I received a quote from a large competitor of $330 for mobile installation. This company charged $233 ($133 was quoted for pick-up only). The local salvage yard wanted $75 for used glass, pick up only (I purchased a rear windshield/back glass). And, I just made the appointment yesterday afternoon... yes, next day, Saturday service.
For the convenience, I think the price was excellent. The technician called well in advance to say he was running a little behind and called again when he was on his way. He even brought a shop vac to clean up the broken glass. Everything took about an hour and I had pre-paid online. I never even had to sign anything.
The headquarters did make a scheduling mix up, but at the end of the day, the job was done.
As for the review regarding the service locations, the site has a list of all the areas that they service and they don't charge you in advance. As for the above-mentioned mix up, they contacted me promptly to address my issue.
Also, it's unlikely that they could maintain their high BBB rating if they were scam artists.
