Do not buy from wen website

This is a scam. I started the free trial with wen because I heard that they were good. Before my trial ran out, I noticed that money had been taken from my credit card for wen. I had not made the purchase. I called wen and asked them what happened. It turns out that when you sign up to receive wen, they charge you monthly. I called to cancel and they said I had a $30 balance to pay to cancel, so I paid it and cancelled. The next month, I had ANOTHER charge on my credit card for Wen. My husband called because he saw my credit card statement before I did and he told them that I had cancelled my account. They told him that I had put my account on hold (which wouldn't make sense because if my account was on hold, they shouldn't be sending me stuff anyway). He told them that he was sitting next to me when I cancelled and he heard me tell them that I had wanted to cancel and that I paid the balance to cancel. They then cancelled my account (again) and told me I could send the product being mailed to me back to them, but I had to pay for S&H. I then called the bank and requested a new card so wen could no longer charge the same credit card. Terrible service.
As for the conditioner itself, I liked it. I had to take a break occasionally then go back to it because my hair started to get build up and get greasy. But I did like the styling cream and texture balm a lot. I wish the website wasn't such a scam, they offered membership prices, but once your information is in the system, they use you as much as they can. I now shop on amazon if there is something I want by wen.
