Impossible to Cancel!!!

I ordered my first shipment of WEN about a year ago. I actually really liked the product at first, but my hair looks very greasy if I use it every day. I use it about once or twice a week now. That being said, I keep getting shipments of product that I am not using. I have three unopened boxes. I called on several occasions to attempt to cancel and have found it impossible to do so. I can never get a person on the phone, and the one time I did, I was hung up on. I tried creating an online account to do a cancellation, also unsuccessfully. I submitted an online request to be contacted, and was given a message saying that someone will contact me if they feel my request "requires a response." I'm pissed. If I don't get a response in the next few days, I will be cancelling my credit card somehow and then contacting the bank to prevent future problems. I'm not even trying to return the products or get money back, I just simply don't want anymore. DO NOT GET CAUGHT UP IN THIS!!! What a waste of $35 a month.
