Worst online company ever!!!

I ordered my first shipment of wen for 29.95. I absolutely hated the product in my hair. I have naturally curly hair so I was interested to see how well it worked. I am a hairdresser and have seen some of my clients happy with this product. However, it made my hair look dirty and greasy.. I can go a week without washing my hair and it never looks greasy. My hair was like matted and darker looking for the three days I used it. Anyways, at the end of the month I received another shipment of wen, which I never ordered. They sent me a three month shipment for $180. When I called to figure this out, they hung up on me three times, when I finally got through to a representative they were very rude and told me I'm on a three month supply that I signed up for. (which was defanately never written anywhere online when I ordered one shipment) or I would of never ordered it!!!! So they told me to go to the post office and mail it back and when they receive it they will refund me. Well, I mailed it back 3 weeks ago and they say they haven't gotten it yet. They are charging my account $60 every month. I'm now worried there gonna say they never received it! NEVER order from this unprofessional scam company.
