I purchased a new Rolex about 5 years ago. I recently sent it in for repairs. I was told it would cost no more that 1,000 since water leaked into the watch. Once it was completed they attempted to charge me 1400. After going back and fourth, they ended up charging me 1000.
I finally got the watch back, and it doesn't work. I called and they didn't care one bit. I ended up sending it to some one to repair for another 350. I do not recommend any one going to them. The owner Paul doesn't care about the customers. His employee Mark informed me to deal with the broken watch and move on.
