I just received an unsolicited call from Warrior Golf(Chris) concerning a wedge promotion that they are offering. After advising I already had a nice set of wedges and was not interested, I thanked the gentleman for calling and wished him a good night. The next comments I heard...in a very condescending tone was: "how about I call you again tomorrow night at the same time to see how you like it".... Obviously the gentleman either thought he was on mute or I hung up. I was then hung up on after requesting to speak to a manager at Warrior golf. I have since made two calls to the 1-800 number on the warrior golf web site in an attempt to speak to a manager. Both times the gentlemen took my name and number and advised that a manager would call back within 10 mins....I have yet to receive the call. Warrior Golf has a very interesting approach to selling golf clubs and customer service. Given this experience I can assure you that I will never buy anything from this company. It is clear to see why Warrior Custom Golf has a BBB rating of F.
