Rude and unfair to say the least. If you are looking to be scammed, overcharged, taken advantage of and lose faith in Volvo this is the dealership. They will squeze every penny, nickel, and dollar out of you without explaining what they are charging for labor and parts. If you complain to the manager Mike Uchida he will say they are not willing to do anything. You can then meet with the General Manager, Joel Dalbo, who has even more attitude than Mike and lie to you about what California law states.
This is the worst experience I have ever had in customer service, a car dealership or life. If I would have seen there BBB rating prior to turning in my car I would have rather had my 2.5 year old son take care of me.
If this dealership went out of business this would be a favor to Volvo and the people of Orange County! Treat your customers properly!
