Horrible Experience

Went to purchase an Altima that I was told existed at the dealer. When I arrived the car was not there and the manager attempted to pressure me into purchasing a more expensive car. My answer to him, "not interested", was not good enough and he continuously insisted that I should consider the more expensive car. I ended up purchasing my new Altima from Carson Nissan which treated my family with true care and they stuck to their word about the car and the deal that they offered. I will never return to Universal and my willingness to dive 45 miles down to Carson should be testament for the type of price and service that I got from Carson.
