My main point is "DO NOT TRUST the "United Pools" or "United Pools & Spa Service" in above address/phone number!!!" (They have too many DBA names and use to many different names and addresses.)
United Pools and spa service IS NOT located in 6311 Van Nuys Blvd #419 Van Nuys CA 91401.(They printed that address in their marketing flier, but that address is not their place for a business. I went to that location today(2/14/2011). That is a P.O. Box address from a UPS store. In the future, if you file a complain against United Pools or United Pools & Spa Service, they will not response to you even if they do receive their customer's payment check by that address and they will not give you their actual address.
United Pools failed to clean my pool: Their pool service men did put chemicals. But The chemical did not remove black algae from my pool wall. Not only that they did not clean my pool when they doing a monthly pool cleaning service. I sent out a refund request by mail to above address in Oct 2010. They never refund my money back to me. United Pools or United Pools and spa even refused to response to BBB when I file a complain them to BBB. The owner is a man who an immigrant from Russia and he is not a trustful man. Once they took your check, they will not talk to you ever again.
