BEAUTIFUL!!!
I wanted to renovate my old holiday home in the peace area around the city that I live in. House is from 80's, so it really needed some remodeling and refurbishment.
I started work around the house with my brother about a year ago, but it went kind a slow. We both had long hour jobs, so we could find much time to do some real work that needed to be done... House is not that big, even though it has two floors. Then we saw that money was running out, so we just dropped the whole thing for some other time…
Three months after that, we talked how about we try to hire some good contractor to help us out. Be we know that will require some amount of good cash. So we started to find some contractors to see how much money we are really talking about. So than we came across Unique.
I gave them the plans for our little house, and explained them what we wanted. We wanted some more open views so we can enjoy the beautiful scenery surrounding us. And upper floor was in a bad shape, so that was one of the biggest problems..
They installed big opening glass surfaces in the living area in the ground floor, did some great work on the upper, some things that we never couldn’t think of so we were so pleased by this. So surprising.
Overall, you would never believe that this house was around 30 years old!! Just wow! I can finally enjoy the true nature surrounding my holiday house.
Unique consulted us for every thing that has to be done, we always stayed in touch with the supervisor, so I really recommend them for any kind of work around the house! Amazing job.
