I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service I received from USA Fitness Direct after I had given up on a competitor company who only pretended to have a refurbished Stairmaster 4600PT available during my four week wait. Once I called USA Fitness Direct, it was only a one week wait, and that was due to the four-day Thanksgiving holiday. I dealt directly with Don Nel at USA Fitness Direct and found him to be extremely honest and pleasant to work with. He gave me a delivery date, and the Stairmaster was carefully unwrapped and placed inside my home by their delivery company. The Stairmaster looks brand new and works exactly like the one I used at the gym due to their great refurbishing process. I also found that their warranty period was twice as long as the first company that I was dealing with. I feel very fortunate to have found this company and would highly recommend them.
