Trust holding is a very untrustworthy company. We were evicted from our place we were renting from them, and when we first started getting notices, they were telling us that is was all clerical error, and we didn't need to worry about it. We found out that was a lie when I came home from work on a Friday afternoon and found out we were locked out of our home by the Sheriff. We had to schedule an appointment to get our dogs from inside the place. We couldn't stay there, and had 3 days to pack up and get all of our possessions out. They tried to put us up in one of their other places, but it was in foreclosure as well, and the homeowners association started harassing us about 2 years of unpaid homeowner association dues. They offered to pay for the move, but then when the moving company wanted payment, nobody would answer the phone on their end, and even started telling us they never agreed to pay for it, even though we have it in a letter from their lawyers.
They are a terrible company, and will do anything they can to take people for their money. We sued them, and it took 2 YEARS to get everything settled out. They only paid when we told them the next step was to subpoena their financial records so we could get our money.
