Just completed an home inspection with Dave....we are first time buyers and hired our own inspector ... first of all Dave was already at the property site when we arrived "thumbs up" I was very impressed and pleased with all the information that he provided us about the property...He gave us a detailed explanation of all his findings and a full report with photos we are very pleased with the service he provided I also need to add that his price is very reasonable...
