I have been truly satisfied with my experience with Trade in Solutions, from the start they made things very easy for me and were always available to answer all of my questions. My first step was taking my car to the local office they have in Las Vegas, in less than 30 minuets they had inspected my car and I was back on to my days business. I was given a quote for my car that was more than car max and comparable to what I could get private party without the hassle of a private transaction.
I drove my trade to their LA location and to my relief there were no surprises, no random drop in value on my trade or hikes in the price of the car I went to buy.
During the sale everything went smooth, there was never any feelings of pressure etc. They even did some reconditioning on the spot for me and included several nice items to be delivered post sale.
Service remains high even after the sale, they truly want to earn their BBB A rating and go the extra mile for you.
I will be looking to this company again for my wife’s next car.
