I drove from Ventura and showed up 40 minutes earlier for my appointment because I was in the area earlier. I was greeted immediately by Jennifer, and was able to have an appraiser assist me in 10 minutes. Neither one made me feel that I was too early and that I wouldn’t be assisted before my appointment. I really appreciate that. No matter how early I show up to my doctor’s office, they always make me wait for a few minutes after my scheduled time.
I walked in with Carmax appraisals in hand, and an offer but not written from Beverly hills unique cars which I went to right before coming here, and was curious as to what they would appraise my cars for. The appraiser that was assisting me explained the process including the deductions of repairs on my car, and gave me an amazing $700 offer over Carmax’s and $1100 over the unique car place.
I really appreciate how polite and efficient everyone was and was delighted to sell my cars here. I really wanted to see what all the 5 star reviews were about.
They also accommodated me by offering a rental car because I was too far for their Uber ride home.
