Horrible Used Car Department. I noticed they have the WORST by far rating of all the dealerships in OC. We thought we were buying a Toyota Certified 2010 Prius. They did not go through the check list of the 160 items that are required before it is certified.
Here are the things we caught, AFTER the sale.
Brake Recall service NOT applied to the car. I caught it by imputing the VIN at Toyota.com. This car should never have been on the lot without this recall service being performed.
Dirty Interior
Missing FOB
Missing mats.
Touch up paint poorly applied over scratches on the front bumper. Looks like white out.
After complaining to Corporate and Nancy the dealership finally made good on everything but scratched bumper. They wanted to charge us to fix what they missed. Nancy said the car was sold AS IS and we would have to lump the damaged bumper.
No wonder there rating has dropped from a C- to D in just a month.
