Update...this company owner along with owning VIP OPTIONS is Jim Bell..sometimes goes by James number is 310-658-6443 good luck on getting him to pick up the phone. I went through my CC after the customer service said that they could no longer get in touch with Jim
Stay away from VIP Options and Top Bargan Homes.
This company is a scam. The properties are over 9 months old. There customer service is terrible. You can never get a hold of them. The over Jim Bell takes your money and you can never get a hold of him. There service does not work. They sent me a bunch of rental properties from west side rentals.
I tried to get a refund. cant get a hold of anyone. Jim DOES NOT return calls only when he wants your money. He told me after 2 weeks of trying to get a hold of him he would process the refund. I called back after 10 days called from a different phone he thought I was a new client. Said the accounting made a mistake and forgot and he would get on them. After 3 days still no response.
Stay away from this company....fraud
