I went in to find a watch for Christmas for my wife. I was amazed at the selection of high end watches they have. I was greeted by Chad a salesperson there, who was very knowlegable and helpful. I ended up buying a JLC watch for my wife and an IWC watch for myself.
I never saw any of the other people there yelling or throwing anyone out. My experiance was very positive and I feel I got a great deal on some awesome watches.
