HORRIBLE customer service! Sent me the wrong product and when I called I was told I HAVE to email, they do not take calls about their mistakes, it is there "policy" took 4 days to get a reply to several of my emails. I returned the product but yet still no refund. And no return phone calls or emails. I am filing a report with BBB and my credit card company tomorrow afternoon. Im done being patient. I ordered this over a month ago as a birthday gift for a friend. what a pity they are a terrible company. Shop elsewhere, most sites are lower, handle calls and emails professionally and you will get what you actually get what you pay for, rather then getting nothing,including not getting a refund from trend.
