My wife and I just bought our first home. During the inspection it was revealed that the two balconies, 15 and 25 feet off the ground, needed to be rebuilt. We loved the house but were absolutely terified by the thought of getting involved with such a huge project. We had numerous bids on the job, but it was clear to us that Fred was our man. From the minute we met, he began to win our trust. He was extremely knowledgeable and seemed to be very trustworthy and honest. His price, which as a first time home buyer was very important to us, was very reasonable, and there were no tricks in upping his price during the job. We asked him to bring us a copy of his Driver's license, and he not only did that but brought his passport as well. The job was huge, and he did an excellent job. We feel really blessed to have met Fred and we are really enjoying our decks, which by the way, have a 10 year workmanship warranty on it...great piece of mind! Oh, also, he showed up every day when he said he would, he took exactly how long he said it would to finish the product, and on top of everything, he is a really nice person to have around the house.
