Classy???Nothing about this Company

IF there was anything below the ONE STAR I would give it to them. Never knew when the furniture would get delivered, Paid for WHITE GLOVE service which included getting to have the furniture delivered when you wanted it to be. Got a call one day that they were on their way to deliver, never showed up. Was told that their truck BROKE down and it would be a week later. Got another call 8 days later that they were on their way to deliver - I just happened to be home then.
They got to the house and said they were going to put a house hold of new furniture on the curb. I told them I paid for WHITE GLOVE and they told me it was not noted on their invoice and I would have to pay for the extra service. I told them to take it back I was not going to pay more. The driver called his dispatched and lied saying that I cursed him -- I was having a fence installed and the gentlemen heard the whole conversation and witnessed that his was not true.
After nearly half an hour, finally got hold of someone from Classy customer service and told them what happen - was told that there would be a charge for the attempted delivery - told them that I paid for WHITE GLOVE and they were going to deliver at the curb and that they tried to extort more money from me - CLASSY did not care. After threating a lawsuit - the furniture was brought back and dumped in my living room. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING HASSELED, LIED TO, AND BEING EXTORTED.
