our second time around

This is the second time we have hired Tavas and just as the first it was well worth the time and money spent. The initial scope of work was small but targeted to some pain point we had been dealing with for over two years. This time around Sean and his team worked on our internal organizational structure and what we could do to streamline our operations. We have too many high value employees doing menial admin tasks and not focusing on their core competencies. They were able to come in and reorganize things in such a way it would free up not only my time but other top-level employees. I have no idea if we will have a need to bring them in for a third time but if we did I would have no reservations about it.
