The phone operators lie. I ordered a hitch carrier, and was told I could pick up in person TWICE. When I got there, I was told that the product I ordered was unavailable and no one was available to to do anything about it. They need to fire that receptionist! Don't bother with these fools, they'll waste your time and good luck if you actually need customer service.
