Company does not stand behind products they sale

Bought a Red Line watch...It is supposed to be water resistant 50m. 31 days after I bought it, I took it for a jog under the rain and the watch got water!!! A brand new watch!. The company does not stand behind their products and only list as clearance and offer good prices for obscure brands.
The Customer Care supervisor (Zach) only action was to send me an email with a copy.paste instructions and IGNORED my request to remove me from the marketing list to stop receiving more emails. They stoled from me, dont let them do the same to you.
