I have had many many bad experiences with service department's. Always leaving with the feeling like I'm just going to get riped off. When I left Suzuki Depot I left feeling like everything is going to be okay. I have a Suzuki Verona with a 7 yr 100,000 mile power train warranty. We all go through the anxiety of are they going to honor their written promise? Suzuki I'm sure no longer has the same warranty as they once had and that was that You would never have to service your transmission up to 100k. Long story short my transmission had to be replaced and Johnny at Suzuki Depot not only called me every day to give me an up date but him and his service manager did everything to ensure that my transmission be replaced at no charge to me and at no knowledge of their own did they know my financial situation.Being on disability now for some time has forced me to drain all my resources, money is very tight. So Johnny and his team at Suzuki Depot are absolute angels in our book. Thank You 1 proud Suzuki owner
