I have worked with Sunwest over the last several years. They have always provided me with fast, efficient and excellent service. I had the occasion to call them this morning with a door that would not open. Asia, the call taker, was so pleasant, friendly and helpful. She efficiently handled my call and informed me that someone would be at my home between 12-6. She called me around 2:30 to let me know that the service rep would be arriving shortly. Phil arrived within minutes and was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed my problem and fixed it along with checking my other door to see the condition it was in.
The service was well handled and very reasonably priced. I will definitely continue to use them and highly recommend the company as well as applaud both Asia and Phil for exemplary service.
