I purchased their shower head at a state fair maybe 2 years ago (can't remember exact date). I liked the product but the customer service was lacking. A part broke on my shower head 2 months ago so I asked for a replacement part. After 2 months, 5 requests, and 2 promises to ship part; I had not received the part. I GIVE UP! I won't buy another product from them.
