Wrong Product, Horrible Customer Service... and I end up paying for it???

I ordered a suit through their SuitGiant.com website. They sent me the wrong suit in the wrong size... entirely their fault. After repeated e-mails they finally agreed to refund me if, and only if, I returned the wrong product. When (repeatedly) asked to provide me a way to do this so that I would have to pay out-of-pocket, I received no reply. So I caved and had to shell out $15.90 to return the wrong suit to them.
I've since asked several times for a refund of my shipping costs and, of course, they haven't contacted me. If this was my error, I'd understand fully that these costs would be my responsibility... but this was the company's fault, not mine. PS - You should have seen the ugly suit they sent me... it was obviously something they were just trying to get rid of.
Avoid this company at all possible costs.
