Strax Rejuvenation ripped me off for a procedure that required three visits. On my second visit for the procedure the machine that they utilize was broken. It took 1 month for me to have the second procedure and that was with me calling and calling to see if the machine was working. When it came time for my last procedure, the machine broke again. I told by the staff that as soon as the machine was working I would be contacted. It has been almost two months. I have left two messages with no return call. The services were paid for in full. I can't believe that the staff has not called to resolved this issue. I would suggest that anyone using this service not pay in full or you may not get all of your services. I would not recommend the clinic to anyone.
