I tried to order sample invitations. I wanted to see the quality of the product, before I placed an order.
Two of the invitations I chose, were unavailable. The reason given was that not enough people had placed orders for the invitations I chose, so they had no samples to mail me. She had no idea when or if the samples would be available. Then, why were the invitations listed on their website for sale??
She wanted me to select other invitations, but I didn't like any of the other ones. I have been promised a refund. I will not do business with this company again.

The samples the customer wanted were brand new designs. Brand new digital designs are available for purchase, but samples are not always available.
We encourage customers to order similar designs when specific designs are not available, as the print and paper quality is the same. Additionally, we stand 100% behind our product and quality - any print quality issues are always fully addressed.
Customer was promptly refunded in full.
