I just closed the purchase of a very complicated short sale property with JJ, and I would not have been able to sleep well tonight if I did not give him the credit he deserves. That is the least I can do for the amount of work he gave to this transaction. He was so patient, he kept me informed at all times, and he managed all aspects of my transaction with so much dedication, ethics, professionalism, and patience. And in the end, he made it happen. I am not an amateur buyer. I have worked with so many agents and JJ knows that, so he knew he had an experienced buyer and in the end, he really shines. Of the many agents out there, only very few can work as hard as JJ, and know as much as JJ. I honestly can't wait to work with him again. Thank you so much for leaving me this great Review. It has been a real pleasure to help you get this property and you couldn’t have not have been a better fit for it. This transaction indeed was a very difficult one, having to do a Short sale with 2 different lenders that were not very cooperative was a challenge for all of us involved. At the end day with my creative approach we satisfied all requirements while helping you and the seller getting out of under a home that had been a burden for her for a long time. At the end of the day, she was able to walk away, debt free with a release of debts from both lenders she had a loan with. I am delighted to find out, that I impressed you upon my work and I honestly look forward as well to have many more opportunities to work with you again.
