DO NOT ,DO NOT get involve with this company.
they sold me a home in a very bad part of St Louis on sept. 2009.
they were going to fix and get it ready for rent.
we have been waiting since and they have not done any of that.
the home they have sold to me is worst than a dog house.
it is a disaster a nightmare do not know what to say.
