Horrible company and by the looks of it, taking advantage of those less fortunate. We bought one of their slum houses and none of the problems were disclosed. When we had the nerve to complain to both this board and to the BBB, Chris from SEG was kind enough to call and threaten us with eviction. You see, we had an incomplete contract that no one at SEG caught so we weren't supposed to have moved in. This wasn't a problem to them until my wife filed a complaint, that's when all of a sudden, Chris wanted to be the stand up guy and do things legally. We reluctantly went on the BBB and on this site and had the complaint removed because we had no where to go - but same thing here. Horrible, slum house that problems were not disclosed - pretty on the outside but falling apart on the inside...and SEG is no where to be found. They've washed their hands and will not fix anything and passed us along to Real Property Management who cannot do anything about the problems since they came in on the end. Stay away from them. They treat you with kid gloves if you're looking to hire them to sell and manage your property (just take a look at the positive reviews and who they come from) but if you buy one of their junk houses, you get absolutely no customer service and they could care less! STAY AWAY AND RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM THEM AS YOU CAN!!!
