I recently purchased a property from Stone Equity Group (SEG). Their sales team is very knowledgeable. They guided me through the process of purchasing an investment property. Overall, purchasing the property was a good experience. Since their properties are advertised as move-in condition, I was surprised when the property that I had purchased had some repairs that were not completed. Up until then, the service that I received from SEG was very good. But now comes the test. Would SEG continue to stick by their client (me) and have the repairs completed, or would they leave me to fend for myself? The outcome, SEG stuck with me all the way. They completed the repairs to the property, at no cost to me (of course). SEG employees Chris Gonzales and Cary Campana escalated this matter to high priority. They promptly returned my phone calls and emails. They kept me informed though out the whole process until the job was completed.
Sometimes in business, things don’t work out the way you originally planned it. The true test of integrity is will the company stand by its clients and resolve the issue. Stone Equity Group certainly did. I look forward to working with Stone Equity Group in the future.
