The t.v. commercial caught my 6 year old fancy and the Stompeez bunny slippers were the only item she asked Santa for. I ordered them on 11/30/11 and they were guaranteed by Christmas. Needless to say, after calling weekly, and being told that inventory was expected that week and for my shipment to go out the next week, it is January 2012 and I still haven't received the slippers! My daughter is crushed. After reviewing the MANY complaints about these slippers and their horrible customer service, I am tired of waiting for a subpar item and I have canceled my order. Don't buy this item, BEWARE!
