Can only say that this company may have provided the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Placed an express order and I am still waiting to receive my product or even a shipping confirmation. I own several ecommerce stores and it is generally expected that when an express order is placed that the product should ship the same or next business day depending on what time the order was received. I have tried contacting them via email only to receive a very poorly written auto response. The auto response email specifically addresses people who want the status of their order which leads me to believe that they receive a lot of inquiries asking about order status. I have also attempted to contact them over the phone but they do not answer their calls. I only wish I had read the Internet reviews for this company prior to placing an order. That would have kept me away. Based on my experience with sportskids.com I can only recommend that you stay away from this company.
