Poor quality merchandise & Poor customer service

I ordered a Denver Bronco bed sheet set for my son and paid a total of $65 for it. I know that seems steep, but I ordered two NY Yankee bed sheet sets years ago for my boys and found the quality of these sheets very nice. After all these year, they still
look new. I was very disappointed, however, when I received the Bronco set recently. The material was flimsy, the stitching poor, and strings were hanging out at the hems. I don't know what happened to SportsKids over the years, but I'm out return shipping
back to them plus a 15% restocking fee. I even called to ask if the restocking fee applies to poor quality merchandise and was told, "I know this will be a pain in the a#$, but you'll need to take a photograph of the defective merchandise." Very professional
indeedy. It seems this company is highly discouraging returns (customer satisfaction) and making money off of restocking fees. My crystal ball tells me they won't be in business much longer.
