I had a miserable experience with this company. I placed an order on March 20 and it was never delivered. After six weeks I was told that there was a clitch in their system and my order would not be completed. Sportskids billed my credit card and only after 6 (long) calls to their customer service department during a six week period (a horrible experience). I had to contact the fraud department from my credit card company before they credited me back but unfortunetly they only credited me back on part of my order. I am still waiting for them to credit the rest but they are are being totally uncoopertive. I am so upset that I dealt with this company. I would not advise anyone to order from this company. Their ability to complete an order is in question along with poor customer service.
