Give Yourself Peace Of Mind And Don`t Buy:
I made a purchase of a 2002 330 Convertible BMW from this dealer through a financing of it, by making a $ 2,000.00 cash down payment and giving a trade in. Soon the dealer demanded a bigger down payment out of me for $10,000.00 car an/or a cosigner. The sales represantative was warlike and disrespectful as he requested more money and/or a cosigner. The sales represantative never informed me of the dealer canceling any sales contract between myself and the dealer through any written, or oral communication. I found out of the dealer`s cancellation of the sales contract by having the dealer submit a recovery order to Golden West Recovery who orchestrated the recovery of the vehicle by having me go to a specific location for a suppossed job interview to have me discover there was no employment opportunities and how the vehicle was repossed once I stepped out of the building. I later traveled in the presence of my elderly mother, elderly father who suffers from strokes, high blood pressure, heart attacks and my ten years of age nephew to the dealer... where I adressed the dealer`s manager Nasan in his office. The dealer`s manager assaulted me in the presence of all my relatives in the face of me not agreeing to all his lies. I pressed criminal charges against the dealer`s manager and am in the process of civil litigation against the dealer. It took me exposing the dealer`s wrong doing with the public to finally get them to return ONLY $1,500.00 of my cash down payment and my trade in... fifteen days after the fact.
