I wanted to take a moment to thank Linda and everyone else I worked with from SMS. I felt like they really had a vested interest in our success and didn't just want to cash our checks. I was able to reach out to them once our engagement was over with questions or for clarifications on some of their recommendations. This was necessary because we made quite a few sweeping changes based on their advice. If it was not for their communication and willingness to work with us I am sure this review would be much different. Their dedication to our success and ability to explain things to use in a way we would digest it is what made the difference in the end.
