I stopped by on 19 May 2010 at about 9:30 a.m. to inquire about getting a smog test. I asked what the procedure for getting the test was and was told 'you leave your car here and it'll cost you a couple of bucks.' I realized that the owner (I guess he was the owner, since he was the only person working there; he had a mustache and dark, greying hair) must have been tongue-in-cheek when he said 'a couple of bucks' because I knew that a smog test would cost much more than that. I followed up and asked him whether I had to leave my car at the business and come back later that day to pick it up. He said that it was advisable. I told him that I would prefer to wait to have my smog test performed, as I had nobody to pick me up and my car was my only means of transportation. I asked him whether I could instead make an appointment to have the smog test performed and to wait for the car. He responded: "You obviously do not listen and you're asking too many questions. Have a nice day." I was surprised at how dismissive this man was and thought that this was no way to provide customer service or to run a business. I responded politely: "Well good luck with your business" and turned to walk out of the front office. He ended by shouting at me: "F... you!"
